I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a short walk from Nagoya station and close to a bustling shopping district. The rooms were perfect for our little one's travel cot with a cozy twin bed, and the level of English was impressive. The service was top-notch with excellent dry cleaning service, efficient housekeeping, and a delightful welcome drink. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking with only white rice available, but overall, it's a great value for money.
